Suggested Use: 1 teaspoon daily or as directed by your heath care professional.

Shake gently. Drink straight or mix with cold water or juice, do not dilute in hot beverages, since this will reduce liposomal concentration.

Refrigerate for best results in flavor. For optimal results, it is recommended that you consume this formula within 3 months of purchase and consume completely after one month of opening bottle.
